Each festival has its own booking window, shown on the festival page. You can pre-book festival kits and products as soon as booking opens, and choose any available delivery date within that window.
Yes. At checkout you'll select a delivery date for your order. Availability depends on the festival's booking window and stock for date-specific items like fresh flowers and fruits.
We currently deliver across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. You can confirm delivery availability for your address during checkout.
Yes — Gurugram is one of our core delivery areas, alongside Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Enter your society or address pincode at checkout and we'll confirm coverage and available delivery slots for your area.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay's secure payment gateway. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are out for delivery from your Orders page. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method.
