Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they move to "Out for Delivery" status, from your Orders page.

Refunds for prepaid, cancelled orders are initiated within 24 hours and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Because flowers, fruits and other fresh items are sourced specifically for your delivery date, cancellations close earlier for orders containing these items — shown at checkout.

If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, contact support within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
