Shipping Policy
How and when your order gets delivered — from service areas to scheduled delivery dates.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Enter your address at checkout and we'll confirm straight away whether we cover it.
Scheduled Delivery
Unlike typical e-commerce orders, our products are delivered on a date you choose at checkout, within the booking window for the relevant festival. This lets us source fresh flowers, fruits and puja essentials as close to your delivery date as possible, rather than holding them in a warehouse.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge applies below our free-delivery threshold, shown at checkout. Orders above the threshold are delivered free.
Peak Season
During peak festival periods, delivery volumes are high across Delhi NCR. While we plan capacity in advance, please book early for the best chance of your preferred delivery slot.
